1. Overview

W2R Sciences, a trade name of W2R LLC ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. All products are sold for research use only — see our Research Use Policy for full terms.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

• Standard processing time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PT) on Friday will begin processing the following Monday
• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. We will communicate any significant delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control. W2R Sciences, a trade name of W2R LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is a flat $15 per order. Orders with a subtotal of $150 or more ship free.

5. Product Handling and Packaging

Research peptides are sensitive compounds requiring proper handling during transit:

• Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are shipped at ambient temperature for standard transit times. For longer transit or warmer climates, cold packs may be included where appropriate.
• All orders are packaged discreetly in plain packaging without external branding indicating contents.
• Products are sealed and labeled with batch/COA reference numbers for verification upon receipt.

6. Restricted Shipping Locations

We currently have no state-level shipping restrictions for research peptides sold under a Research Use Only designation. It remains your sole responsibility to verify compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction before ordering. W2R Sciences, a trade name of W2R LLC reserves the right to decline any order where we have reason to believe applicable law restricts the purchase or possession of a specific compound.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly with the carrier. W2R Sciences, a trade name of W2R LLC is not responsible for tracking information delays from carriers.

8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. W2R Sciences, a trade name of W2R LLC is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping; additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package:

• Allow 24–48 hours — occasionally packages are marked delivered prematurely.
• Check with neighbors or building management for misdelivery.
• Contact the carrier to file a claim.
• Contact us at support@w2rsciences.com — we will assist where we can, but we cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@w2rsciences.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging and product
• Description of the damage

We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
