BY PURCHASING FROM W2R Sciences, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS RESEARCH USE POLICY.

1. Purpose

This Research Use Policy ("Policy") governs the purchase, possession, and use of all products sold by W2R Sciences ("Company," "we," "us"). It is a legally binding condition of purchase and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

2. Buyer Representations and Warranties

By placing an order, you represent and warrant the following to W2R Sciences:

2.1 Qualified Purchaser

You are: (a) a licensed researcher, scientist, or academic professional; (b) a registered laboratory or research institution; or (c) a qualified buyer operating within the bounds of applicable law for research procurement purposes.

2.2 Research Purpose Only

The products will be used solely for legitimate in vitro scientific research, analytical testing, or laboratory experimentation. They will not be used for:

Human consumption or self-administration
Animal use or veterinary application
Therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical purposes
Any use that violates federal, state, or local law

2.3 Legal Compliance

You have independently verified that the purchase, possession, and intended use of the products is legal in your jurisdiction. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring legal compliance. Certain compounds may be controlled or regulated in your state or country — it is your obligation to know and comply.

2.4 Age

You are at least 18 years of age.

2.5 No Resale for Prohibited Purposes

You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer these products to any individual who intends to use them for human or animal consumption or any prohibited purpose.

3. No FDA Approval — Regulatory Status

The products sold by W2R Sciences have not been evaluated, tested, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, purity, efficacy, or fitness for any purpose, including human use.

W2R Sciences makes no representations regarding the therapeutic, medicinal, or health-related properties of any product. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice.

4. Certificate of Analysis (COA)

W2R Sciences provides third-party COA documentation for all products. COAs are issued by independent analytical laboratories and reflect the results of testing on the specific batch identified.

COA documentation:

Confirms compound identity and purity as measured at the time of testing
Does not constitute a claim of fitness for any particular use
Does not represent FDA approval or certification
Does not constitute a health or therapeutic claim

Buyers are encouraged to review COA documentation before purchase. COAs are available on each product page and upon request.

5. Handling and Storage

Research peptides and chemicals must be handled and stored in accordance with standard laboratory protocols:

Store according to compound-specific requirements (typically lyophilized peptides: -20°C, sealed, away from light and moisture)
Handle with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in a controlled laboratory environment
Dispose of compounds in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Keep out of reach of children and unauthorized personnel

W2R Sciences is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage or handling by the buyer.

6. Geographic Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether ordering, possessing, and using our products is lawful in your location. W2R Sciences reserves the right to decline orders to locations where we have reason to believe a product is regulated or restricted.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Even within the U.S., certain compounds may be regulated at the state level. By placing an order, you confirm that the products are legal to purchase and possess in your state.

7. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge that:

Research chemicals carry inherent risks when misused or handled improperly.
W2R Sciences is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of our products outside their intended research application.
You assume full legal and personal responsibility for all risks associated with possession and use of products purchased from W2R Sciences.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless W2R Sciences and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your misrepresentation of your intended use; (b) your use of our products for any purpose other than legitimate in vitro research; or (c) your violation of this Policy or applicable law.

9. Enforcement and Order Refusal

W2R Sciences reserves the right to:

Refuse, cancel, or reverse any order at our sole discretion
Terminate your account for any violation of this Policy
Report suspicious activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies

We actively monitor for patterns that suggest products are being purchased for non-research purposes.

10. Amendments

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
