1. General Policy — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptide compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or delivered products under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering error, or failure to verify legal status in your jurisdiction prior to purchase.
This policy exists because:
- We cannot verify the integrity, storage conditions, or chain of custody of returned compounds
- Research chemical integrity is unverifiable once the product has left our facility
- Accepting returns would compromise the safety and quality standards we maintain for all customers
Before placing an order, please review product descriptions, COA documentation, and our Research Use Policy carefully.
2. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Replacement or Refund
We will address the following situations on a case-by-case basis:
2.1 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number, photos of the damaged packaging and product, and a description of the damage
- We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund
Failure to report within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist.
2.2 Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the incorrect product:

- We will ship the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable
- You may be asked to return the incorrect item (prepaid label provided) or to dispose of it responsibly
2.3 Order Not Received
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days after the ship date, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, issue a replacement shipment or refund.
We do not issue replacements for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. No Chargebacks for Disputes
